The current balance in the account was $191, excluding the amounts set aside for incorporation.. The report was accepted. Old Business: Mark Casey, K1MAP, has a list of all emitters that have paid for copies of coordination papers. A small work group will assist Mark in completing these papers in the next couple of weeks. The Articles of Incorporation were reviewed, modified and approved by those members present. This will allow CSMA to complete its incorporation process. The discussion regarding a stipend for the Frequency Coordinator was discussed. Bruce Marcus proposed that he lease the CSMA a laptop for $1 per year. This motion was discussed and passed. Dana will discuss the configuration and program requirements with Mark Casey the FC. New Business: Paul Gibson discussed the recent division meeting held by ARRL division leader Tom Frenaye, K1KI. Paul discussed the process by which the FC's would submit the coordinated emitters to the ARRL. Paul will also discuss with our section manager about some misinformation that might have been given regarding what CSMA has and is doing for the coordination process in Connecticut. James, KE1AI, again discussed the interference his emitter is experiencing from a new repeater in the Orange County NY area. It was decided that by the next meeting CSMA will have drafts of the Coordination Process and Interference Rectification Process for discussion and approval. Dana and Rod will work together to bring these drafts to discussion. No other business being brought forth, the meeting was closed at 10:45 am.
